    Cosmay Natural Mascaras are colored with mineral colorants, not FD&C dyes. They are also fragrance-free, and paraben-free. Although NOT water-proof, our natural mascara has GREAT wear-ability and resists smudging, but washes off easily with regular skin cleanser and water.
